The parting seems to be upon us, according to sources the Memphis Grizzlies will not give guard OJ Mayo a qualifying offer thus making him an unrestricted free agent.

DeleteJesus shuttlesworth was one of my favorite players, but at his age and injury history , if I'm in a win this year and don't worry later mode than I say Allen, but if I'm looking to build and win 3 or more rings I go with mayo. 10 yrs younger, can get off the dribble and stay healthy and some work with a shooting coach could be just as accurate as Allen

Deletepeople were saying the same thing last year about battier. ill take the vet anyday. mayo def has more potiental to get better, but ray allen is already great, and a better three point shooter, with a faster release. mayo been a dissapointment since he was drafted. ray a much better outside shooter, the heat don't need another slasher. thats why ray better for heat, oj better for another team like boston or lakers no doubt
