Is Phil Jackson still interested in the Magic?

According to sources, a revised plan was sent to the Magic Tuesday detailing Phil Jackson working remotely from Los Angeles as GM, Sam Vincent "a former player for Jackson in Chicago while Jackson was an assistant" would operate in a front office role and Brian Shaw becoming the next Magic head coach.  The plan also included Scottie Pippen as the lead assistant to Shaw.
