The Portland Trail Blazers have extended a qualifying offer to F Nicolas Batum, who will become a restricted free agent on July 1.

He should look to go else where, Portland has poor upper managment , they were so stacked a few years ago, than fizzled out so fast , and all those good players have been moved out, I don't see portland going anywhere even in the next 10 years , plus they didn't learn, taking Sam bowie over Mhmm, then they go and do it again and take oden over kd? They didn't need a sf at the time but you dnt take a 7 footer with injury history with the first pick twice LOL
