Warriors to move to San Francisco?

Currently the Goldenstate Warriors play in Oakland California, but the mayor of San Francisco let it be known that he'd like the franchise to move across the bay and play in SF in time for the 2017 season.  The  city would build the arena on a pier that is now being used for additional parking near the Bay Bridge.
