Wilson Chandler out for season

The Denver Nuggets have made the decision to sit Wilson Chandler for the rest of the season. Chandler has a labral tear in his left hip and had lost all explosiveness. Chandler will have off-season surgery to repair the tear and is projected to have a rehab period of at least 4 months.
"I think Wilson is disappointed and sad — he came back here hoping to give us a big boost," Nuggets coach George Karl said. "I heard the rehab takes a long time too, so we just have to be patient, and hopefully he'll get back on the court. I hear it's four, five months of rehab, but I'm not sure."
