Who's the most/least liked NBA coach

Sports Illustrated recently conducted a poll involving 134 NBA Players based on who they'd like and wouldn't like to play for.
When players were asked which coach they would like to play for the most, they answered:
- Doc Rivers, Celtics (22%)
Mike D’Antoni, not coaching (21%) - Gregg Popovich, Spurs (16%)
- Rick Carlisle, Mavericks (6%)
- Rick Adelman, Timberwolves (5%)
When player were asked which coach they would least like to play for they said:
- Stan Van Gundy, Magic (22%)
- Scott Skiles, Bucks (14%)
- Byron Scott, Cavaliers (9%)
- Flip Saunders, not coaching (6%)
- Mike D’Antoni, not coaching (4%)
- Mike Brown, Lakers (4%)
- Lawrence Frank, Pistons (4%)

Docs the best thats why i think they still can come out east. He tells his players wat they need 2 hear at the rite time. And his plays out of timeouts....wow! If u wanna play 4 d'antoni then u must dont like playin d and wanna lose. Stan van good coach but wares on players will b glad 2 hear him and his brother call games together next year.
