NBA 2014 All-Star in New Orleans?

According to sources, New Orleans will be awarded the 2014 NBA All-Star game and NBA commissioner David Stern should make the announcement at some point this afternoon.  As some of you may know the Hornets were to recently sold to Saints owner Tom Benson.
