Celtics to rest stars vs Heat?

Boston Celtics guard Ray Allen will miss tonight's game against the Heat with what is being called an ankle injury.  Allen has been plagued throughout the season with various forms of ankle injuries.  Guard Rajon Rondo is listed a probable due to back spasms.
