Pacer's Danny Granger ejected in win

Danny Granger already had one technical foul when he decided to stare down Ed Davis of the Raptors after he'd blocked Davis' dunk attempt.  Granger was whistled for the technical and was ejected with with 30 seconds left in the first half.

“I forgot I already had a tech,” Granger said as he was walking out the locker room. “I usually don’t get techs. I was going to stare at him and try to get u rowdy.”
