Could the end be near for D'Antoni?

It's apparent to everyone involved that the Knicks rebuilding plan is not working, there's chemistry issues, a lack of defense, and not the Knicks are in the mist of a 5 game losing streak.  The fans are now up in arms and during last evening loss to the Bucks, the fans began to chant "fire D'Antoni".  Head coach Mike D'Antoni is in the final year of his contract but can the Knicks afford to continue this free fall, has the time come for D'Antoni to be replaced.
